Doctor TIM J. CHUANG, DDS

Dr. Chuang was born and raised in Cupertino. After completing his bachelor's degree in human Biology at UCSD, he moved back to the Bay Area for dental school. Dr. Chuang graduated in 2020 from the prestigious University of the Pacific (UOP), School of Dentistry in San Francisco. He then moved to the Big Island of Hawaii to complete his residency in general dentistry.

Upon completing his residency, Dr. Chuang moved back to the Bay Area to begin practicing dentistry. After associating in Berkeley and Sausalito, Dr. Chuang decided to settle back down in the South Bay to start his own dental practice. In addition to general dentistry, Dr. Chuang has experience in oral surgery, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry. His goal as a healthcare provider is to deliver the comprehensive dental care that is essential in improving his patients' quality of life.

When Dr. Chuang isn't practicing dentistry, he spends time with his family in Cupertino. He recently welcomed his baby nephew to the family earlier this year, the first of a new generation. He loves his new role as the silly uncle. Dr. Chuang also maintains an active lifestyle. He enjoys hiking in the warmer seasons and snowboarding in the cooler seasons. He grew up playing high school and club soccer, and still plays any chance he gets, and more recently, he has been getting into playing pickleball. He is also involved with his church community in San Jose, where he plays the drums for Sunday service. Dr. Chuang is glad to be back in the South Bay to serve the community where he grew up.
